Manufacturer	Cartridge Ref ?The cartridge reference required is the OEM reference. The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) will state on original packaging their product code for each item eg. C9730A. This code will help us value your unused cartridges	Condition / Grade ? The condition and age of products can vary the price we pay. To help us value your unused surplus please use this guide when listing your cartridges. (A) A Grade Products A Grade products are cartridges that are brand new in perfect condition. These products must be unopened and still in date. The packaging must also be in good condition with no writing or label damage. (B) B Grade Products B Grade products are cartridges that have slight box damage or have previous style packaging. These B grade conditions also include, writing on, label tears, rips to the box, older packaging, out of date and open box. (C) C Grade Products: C Grade products are cartridges that are without their original box. We also accept cartridges without their original sealed bag, providing they are completely unused and undamaged. We cannot make offers on empty and damaged cartridges. * Please note Cartridges that are opened or with damaged packaging will not be worth as much as A grade factory sealed products, please do not open sealed boxes. what happens once I submit the form?

After you submit your list of Unused Toner & Ink Cartridges, Toners Reunited will reply with an offer within 24 business working hours.

On acceptance of our offer, we will then arrange the collection of the unused cartridges at a convenient time and place that suits you – Please ensure all cartridges are packaged into outer boxes, this will prevent courier damage and ensure you get best value.

When the unused cartridges have been received and processed, payment will made - Toners Reunited will pay you the Cash!!!
